CSC – Utilities Point द्वारा प्रदत्त ऑनलाइन सुविधाएं मूलत: सेवा उत्पाद हैं, जिनकी भौतिक रूप से डिलीवरी करने की आवश्यकता नहीं रहती है, जैसे कि G2C (Government to Citizen) सेवाओं की श्रृंखला में सामाजिक सुरक्षा योजनाओं में पंजाकरण अथवा B2C (Business to Customer) सेवाओं का लाभ आदि। अत: ऐसी सेवाओं के लिए या तो नागरिक / उपभोक्ता को अपने दस्तावेज कोरियर के माध्यम से हम तक पहुंचाने होते हैं, या फिर स्वयं उपस्थित होना होता है, ऐसी स्थिति में आम तौर पर हमारे द्वारा किसी प्रकार की भौतिक डिलीवरी की कोई संभावना नहीं रहती है।
The online facilities provided by CSC – Utilities Point are essentially service products that do not require physical delivery, such as enrollment in social security schemes or B2C (Business to Customer) range of services.
